Harmony - The mulitplatform for IPL and Laser

The combination of 7 hightech-lasers, pulsed light and UVB-technologies for 15 exchangeable handpieces ensures the easy and effective singular and combined therapeutic treatment of more than 60 clinical FDA cleared indications. Competitor machines claim to be versatile while mixing up technologies or multiple handpieces, but none of them is as multi-functional and powerful as the Harmony. The Harmony meets all the requirements for versatility and reliability for medical and aesthetic treatments. The great number of exchangeable applicators enables the user to treat numerous clinical indications with excellent results. You can effectively treat a variety of clinical indications and heal patients with single or combined therapies with optimal results and excellent reliability. Modern technology guarantees the usage of high fluences even under difficult conditions. The technical components are integrated into the handpiece which reduces system malfunctions or maintenance. As an optional extra the integrated water cooling (lamp cooling and water filter) can be extended to include an active high-power simultaneous prism cooler. This cooling professionally lowers temperature to the required level.

The Harmony  has been developed paying special attention to the safety of the user and of the patient. Optimum energy supply delivers excellent results for all skin types (I-VI) with low energy fluences. There is no need for an expensive epidermal contact cooling. A great number of integrated safety features, e.g. double laser-start-button meet the strictest safety regulations.

Easy-to-handle design and intuitive interface guarantee easy operation with minimal training. Ergonomic, low-weight applicators for fast and stressfree working. Due to the plug&play technology and the computerized system, there is no downtime or new configuration necessary when changing the applicators.

The high frequency rate of the Harmony and the large spot size of 6.4 cm² ensure treatments within seconds. The high number of patients that can be treated and the easy change of applicators results in an increased capacity and thus in more income.

The Harmony platform is equipped with 5 modern solid-state lasers (non-ablative and ablative) in the patented Alma Lasers design: The long-pulsed Nd:Yag with 1,064 nm for the treatment of big and deep vascular lesions and fine wrinkles. The Q-switched QS Nd:Yag with 1,064/532 nm and KTP adaptor for the treatment/removal of dark and light ink tattoos and dermal pigment lesions.  The 1,320 nm Nd:Yag for the treatment of wrinkles and acne scars. The Er:Yag 2,940 nm for ablative treatments. The Er:YAG 2940 Pixel for ablativ-nonablativ Skin Renewing. Pulse widths and frequency (pulse per second) are predefined according to the respective applicator indication for best results. Each handpiece is delivered with the appropriate exchangeable tips. The plug&play function automatically recognizes and configures the handpiece directly after connecting it to the machine. The laser handpieces are delivered with cables containing the wiring and the cooling water tubes. The optical bank is integrated inside the handpiece to reduce maintenance and system downtime.

Harmony: The one platform system combined with a great variety of exchangeable handpieces offers a large spectrum of therapeutic combinations for optimum treatment of every indication.
Singular therapy: Treat one indication with the respective Harmony applicator.
Combined therapy: Get better results combining two or more different applicators with different technologies alternately or progressively. For example, the best results on sun-damaged skin can be achieved with a combination of LEO 540 nm, LP Yag 1,064 nm and QSW/KTP 532 nm.
Bimodal therapy: Get better results through combining more than one handpiece of the same technology, e.g. permanent hair removal (LEO 580 nm and 650 nm), skin rejuvenation (LEO 540 nm and 570 nm), tattoo removal (Er:YAG and QSW-laser) and so on…
Light activated therapy: Harmony supports a combination therapy (ALA) of pulsed light technology and topic reagents for synergetic results.
