• Wrinkles
  There are various reasons for the existence of wrinkles. The flexing of muscles, individual life style factors and environmental influences can be the reason for the development of smaller and deeper wrinkles. Weakness of the collagen fibres which determine the elasticity and tension of the skin is the origin of wrinkles. The collagen fibres inside the skin (cutis) and under the skin (subcutis0 lose their elasticity and get thinner. The lack of moisture leads to wrinkles especially in the peri-oral and peri-orbital areas. The decrease in collagen elasticity and the resulting wrinkles are irreversible. Skin care products can influence the sebum and moisture content of the epidermis but cannot regenerate its elasticity. Long-term wrinkle reduction requires experience and competence combined with the latest technical pulsed-light equipment.
