· Circles under the eyes
Dark circles under the eyes result the response of the most sensitive area of the face to stress and/or lack of exercise. The cause is a lack of oxygen inside the tired and weak tissue following too many late nights, not enough sleep or insufficient ventilation inside rooms. If there are dark circles visible under the eyes despite enough sleep, the reason might be genetic. The blood vessels are located very close to the thin skin surface of the area around the eyes, and their blue shadow look like dark circles.

· Couperose
couperosis (couperose) is a phenomenon consisting of tiny vessels (lat. naevus araneus) visible on the skin surface as a fine network. In the case of couperosis, new vessels (teleangiectasia) are formed inside the skin starting from a central vessel. The most common therapies are professional pulsed light and laser treatment. See also photos and further information on treatment of couperose by means of lasers.
